my daughter is also 28 months old and has had tubes in ear and one day last week my wife was going to clean her ear and seen her tube laying on the rim of her ear anyways we took her to the doctor last week for a ear infection and they did a swab test on her and today we got a call back from the doctor today saying it came back mrsa and they sed they were calling in another medicane for her but its has me worried sick cause that can be very dangerus stuff having it in the ear but if you find anything new about it please leave us a message on email @ angel_eyes44133@yahoo.com thank you and hope she gets better soon
