Cory Whitney is a young hopeful in the world of alternative agriculture, with a unique community based education in Natural Resources Management and Human Ecology stressing community, peace, sustainability and responsibility.

After many years at sea on traditional sailing vessels Mr. Whitney was driven by the need for a more sustainable future to turn back to the land and help people live in a more equitable way with nature. His ideas and experiences span from Slow Food to the Organic Agriculture movements.

Mr. Whitney has recently implemented ‘Growing Organic’ web pages, which represent the collective knowledge and experiences of the organic movement worldwide for the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements.
