After a 17-year career fundraising in higher education Caryl and her husband Ken Lee founded Lotus Foods in 1995. Together they have built an award-winning brand with a social and environmental conscience and have garnered a national reputation for their expertise and regularly asked to speak at professional associations. Caryl is a founding member of the Whole Grains Council and a member of the Social Venture Network. An avid gardener she takes particular pleasure in cooking what she grows. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
