Linda Fogg-Phillips is the mother of eight very active children ages 15 – 30. She is the founder of Family Heath 360 in addition to being the Facebook expert for parents and educators. Linda’s family is known as the Mobile Health Family.

Linda is an author, speaker, researcher, and innovator. Her work focuses on behavior change and methods to develop healthy habits.

She is the Master Trainer for the Tiny Habits Coach Certification program that teaches how to change behavior without relying on willpower and she is often featured on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and Fox.
