tiny bumps on legs

I have tiny bumps on my legs that look like a rash...almost like bed bugs or bug bites. I`ve been using Aveeno cream and soap. Anything to suggest? Its itchy..thanks!

That could be ring

That could be ring worm...which is really a fungus. I would go ask your doctor. It's easily treated with OTC cream, but takes several weeks to clear up all they way. It is easily transmitted, so don't scratch, keep it dry and covered, and talk to your doctor!!!!
