stretch marks and omega-3 fatty acids

Hi Dr. Greene, I recently discovered that I am pregnant and am thinking of ways to combat the dreaded pregnancy stretch marks. I am particularly interested in a body butter called Tummy Rub by Mama Mio (mamamio.com); the primary ingredients in this stretch mark cream is omega-3, -6, and -9. However, I just read on your site that high levels of omega-6 and low levels of omega-3 can lead to the development of allergies in your baby. Is this cream safe to use and if not, which ones are safe?
