Sleeping Patterns

My baby is 5 months old and she was sleeping through the night from about a 11pm to 7am, then she would go back to sleep until about 9am. We went on vacation and she will not sleep through the night. I kept her scheduled the same the whole time. She will be put down about 11 and then she will wake up at 3:30, 5:00, 6:30 and then again at 7:30. I am keeping her schedule the same so I just don't know what has changed. I need help?

DrGreene has a great article

DrGreene has a great article that exactly describes what you're talking about and what to do about it. It's called Infant Sleep Changes. Hope that helps!

Has anything new happened

Has anything new happened with her? Has she started crawling or sitting up, etc.? Generally around this time there is a leap in development and because of the excitement of learning new things babies don't sleep as well. Also, was your vacation in an area with a time zone different to yours? This could have an effect on her sleeping patterns just as it does with adults. Just a few thoughts!
