runny stool, vomiting , rash, refusal to eat

My 5 1/2 month old has had runny highlighter yellow stools for 3 days now it is accompanied by a rash all over his back and bottom as well as vomiting. He refuses to eat anything I give him. Have tried pedialyte and even juice. I also have not introduced anything new. I am changing a messy diaper about every 1 to 1 1/2 hours what is going on my husband seys it is nothing but I disagree
