I'm trying to remember which study you might be talking about, and my best guess is one by Alex (Chenseng) Lu - now at Harvard. The final version of that study came out in 2005, called "Organic Diets Significantly Lower Children’s Dietary Exposure to Organophosphorus Pesticides" published in the NIH journal Environmental Health Perspectives. I'm pretty sure I talked about that one at our time together at Organic Valley - but the pesticides tested did not include Roundup.

Typical kids had urine tests showing pesticide exposure above the EPA safety limits. Then they switched to mostly organic diets and the pesticide levels plummeted to virtually undetectable. They stayed low for 5 days, then shot back up when they went back to typical, conventional suburban diets.

I can't think of one about glyphosate and urine from around that time. The latest study related to glyphosate and urine samples is being published in March 2012. They tested low levels of glyphosate - the amount commonly found in human urine samples - on rat testicles, and found a 35% decrease in testosterone even at very low exposures, and killed testicle cells at higher concentrations.
