one poop in 11 days

My Grand daughter is almost 4 months old and a breast fed baby. She has been going longer and longer without pooping. This past week it was 11 days. When she does poop it's soft and very foul smelling and a large amount. The doctor they are going to doesn't seem particularly concerned. We are though. What can we try to make Lila more comfortable and to poop more often?

I had the same situation with

I had the same situation with my daughter when she was that age. She was breast fed only would not take a bottle and she was not pooping like you would think a baby should. She would go 11 12 days without pooping but when she did she was not constipated. My pediatricians were not concerned and it was something that she grew out. Hope this helps
