Hello, I need serious help - My son is four and now attending full day kindergarten. He refuses to poo in the potty. He will pee standing and has done so for some time however when it comes to bm's he continues to soil his underwear. We have tried numerous techniques such as no bottoms, rewards for going potty, putting him on it, showing him we go poo. He has achieved small potty poos with which we celebrate like crazy. This only lasts for that moment and then it becomes the same old thing. Our level of tolerance is depleting and we have run out of ideas. He is coming home from school soiled and messy with an accident. He has had painful bms and this is making him afraid of going poo - however he has no problem going in his underwear. What do I do?
I need help desperatly.
