milk formula feeding

my daughter is 10 months old and since last week, she does not want to drink her milk. She is on solids and she her apetite is great but when is time to drink her bottle she pushes it away. I have tried to add things so to improve the taste, but that is not it. She does not like juice either. Sh eshould be drinking at least 32 ozs pr day and she barely drinking 24 ounces. I spoke with my pediatrician and she said that as long as her apetite is good, she has normal bowel movements and hydradated, she is fine but I'm concern that she is might not be getting all of the nutrients that she needs. Please advise. Thank you.

Be glad your 10 month old is

Be glad your 10 month old is wanting to wean! Better than being 4 and still walking around with a bottle. Try offering formula, water, or juice from a sippy cup. Get one with handles on both sides to give her a boost at learning to handle the cup. If her appetite is good for real food, that's great! Make sure to feed her a well-balanced diet and she'll be fine. All kids go through periods of food rejection (my youngest loved peanut butter and ate nothing but pb sandwiches for a month, and now won't touch them) and single food phases, where they only want a very limited selection of foods or drinks. That's common and normal. But don't worry, she will be fine! If you are super concerned and it makes you feel better, try offering her a kids nutritional drink or a kids multivitamin.
