how do I put a stop to my 14 yr. old stepson's constant habitual lying? It's like he doesn't know how to tell the truth on anything. He's sneaky and would rather lie than to speak true. We've tried washing his mouth out with soap but he doesn't seem to mind it. I despise liars and cheaters so not sure what to try that will work.
