not quite sure how to handle this..my 3yo son is friendly w/our neighbor; an 8yo boy who comes over to play. earlier today I found out they were hiding in the bushes kissing and not sure if I need to inform the boys parents about what I saw. just not sure what to make of this or if I am overreacting??
