Is it normal for my toddler to poop 4-8 times a day??

My daughter is 15 months old and poops 4-8 times a day. They aren't especially hard or soft, just frequent! It wouldn't be a big deal but her butt gets raw. She has MSPI that is slowly getting better but is currently on hemp milk for the calcium. She does eat cheese and yogurt without problems and gets Biogaia probiotic drops. Is this pooping normal for this age? Any idea whats causing this?

my daughter is also 15months

my daughter is also 15months and poops 4-6 times a day which i think is pretty normal since she's teething and eating more solids than before. As for the rash, wash her butt at every change with warm water and dry her with a towel and apply some anti-rash creme.

Im not sure what MSPI is but

Im not sure what MSPI is but with regards to her raw bottom when using baby wipes put a little diaper creme on them before wiping the area it wont be as irritated and when she is older keep using wipes for bowel movements not TP (when I had my hemmeroids treated I was told TP is the worst thing to use. Flushable wipes is best). This is what we do for our 4 yr old and have done since day one.
hope this is helpful
