Hello, My LO will be 7 mo. old on Dec. 24. She is breastfed and current eats 2 solid meals a day. I am struggling with the amount of food to give her. As no where gives me a straight answer. When she nurses I believe she is only getting around 2 oz. (She has been nursing every 2 hours for months now) She nurses in the am then an hour later has breakfast which I usually give her 3.5 TBSP cereal & 2 oz. of fruit. Then she will nurse an hour after that around 10, then again at 12, 2, 4. At 6 I will give her dinner, usually just 4 oz of a veggie. Then she will nurse around 7-7:30, 9 and once in the middle of the night. I also make her food.
She is a larger baby, always in the 90 percentiles. Am I not giving her enough or should I be giving her more? I think I will start lunch after the holidays. I know I am over thinking it but I am a FTM. :)
