I visited an organic dairy

I visited an organic dairy and asked the farmer that question. With great pride he told me about the standards they keep for their milk and how the milk temperature is so carefully monitored. I don't know if that's the case with every organic farm, but I know all the organic milk I've ever purchased has stayed fresh for a long time ... well, I should say, we drink it before it's ever gone sour, but that's partly because our kids are big milk drinkers.
