Hi Dr. Greene,
My pediatrician has told me that my 15 month old twins are eating too many orange vegetables such as carrots and sweet potatoes. It is very difficult for me to get them to eat green vegetables, especially my son. I keep trying and offering him green vegetables but when he refuses them, it seems to me it is better for him to eat carrots than not to eat vegetables at all. I know that you have a lot of tips for getting toddlers to eat green vegetables in your book, but when those tips are not working, is it better to give him carrots than to have him not eating any vegetables at all?
Thanks!
