My son is now 1 years old since he was born with two noticeable spots one on his belly and the other one in the face on his cheeks, which that one got lighter. He kept growing more spots on his body he have like 6 which are the size of a quarter and there are other spots that are tiny like an inch small . My question is how did he get this because neither parents have cafe au lait. Until now all is fine we seen a genetics specialist , opthamalogy and his doctor always checking for any nodules on legs and arms. Is it possble he could get nodules ?
