Breast Lump on my 5-year-old daughter

I am a breast cancer survivor and am always worried about my daughter. This morning while I got her dressed to school, I noticed her right breast is a little swallon; I touched it and felt a lump on her nipple area. What can cause this and should I be worried, given my history? I had BRAC analysis and came back negative.
