My daughter has always done everything in cycles. Her mood and behavior change quicker than New England weather sometimes. Outbursts can come out of nowhere. Lately we've been having the daily homework meltdown--she'll hit me, throw things, hit herself, call herself names-and blame me of course. Some days everything is a battle. She's fine outside of our house. Anyone else have this kid??

I have her. She's 6. Only difference is her behavior is worse away from home, especially if it's a crowded place with lots of stimuli. Mine has been diagnosed with early-onset bipolar disorder.
