Happy Holidays!

Scrumptious treats are a fun part of the holiday season. Parties and family gatherings often feature tables full of holiday food. But these delights often lead to tummy problems for unsuspecting revelers. When food is refrigerated (below 40 F), most bacteria in it won't grow. The same is true when it is cooked (above 140 F). But when food that should be cooked or refrigerated is left out for over 2 hours, the risks of getting sick from eating it increase. Time flies when you are having holiday fun, so check the clock and enjoy!
